When Progress Feels Too Slow
Slow progress can feel like no progress when you look at the finish line every day. Measure the work in smaller units and protect the pace you can actually sustain.

Progress feels especially slow when you check the final result too often. You look at the distance still left and forget that many meaningful changes are built through repetition that barely looks dramatic from one day to the next.
The danger is not only frustration. It is abandoning a process that is working because it does not feel fast enough.
